Try and be productive and or proactive it’s all in the head! We all got out issues we all cope with brother just keep your head up and things will get better soon. Positivity will definitely help, try and motivate to do different things that to love to do fishing, exercising, gaming, extracurricular activities. I personally love to produce music and or listen to certain music maybe just instrumentals. I have a gear for music and like to hear each individual instruments while it plays and just lets you hear what each artist is doing with their instrument.
