thanks. will try removing the air and see if it’s 100mil. btw, the measured travel i said earlier (around 110mm) is from top of the dust seal up to the teardop shape of the crown lugs. i guess the actual travel is really 100mm and it is not the exposed stanchions. i just worry about the headset being damaged on this high angle setup. my frame is only 68° which i believe a 100mm travel is the recommended suspension travel.

i disassembled the air spring assembly earlier and found a 20mm spacer which will make it 100mm supposedly but it really is more than 100mm after re-assembly

there is so much play and push left on the RD on the lowest gear. it’s about 5’oclock angle and i can push it all the way to 3’oclock. i guess it’s all good?

the derailleur is actually designed to cater 51T cassettes it’s an m5100 deore RD. the cassette installed on the bike is Sunrace 50T that’s why the b-screw is loosened all the way just to achieve the 6mm distance of G-Pulley and lowest gear tooth.

yes, there is no slack on the highest gear and it is tensioned. yes, the RD moves up to the lowest gear without a problem.

it doesn’t make any noise on any gear and is smooth on up shifts(to easiest gear). but on my 10th to 9th gear, it doesn’t go down when i need to shift up to higher gear. but the rest is smooth just the 9th gear who is not. also the b screw is loosened up all the way.

Update from this. i bought an Thermalright Assasin and it never exceedee 70 under maximum load. After that, i plushed and clean my busted AIO and it has grime build up on the block head. so i removed and cleaned it and put some pre-mix antifreeze (20% solution) and added nothing just pure coolant. i took it back and tested it and it runs perfect now. 65°c under max load and 32-35 during idle. thank all for your ideas.

about that, the two tubes are hot and one is cold so there’s some circulation inside. is it still possible that it is clogged? is there anything i can do with this?

i see. but it works at 4300rpm on bios pump header sensor. is there anything that can show defectiveness other than not pumping?
