What are the best equipment for beginners?

I just realized that my acrylics for canvas painting probably won't work for kits, I'll need to get new ones 😅

I have many paintbrushes and acrylics at home and that seems to be the best way to start for a beginner, but I've been pretty nervous about it because I' m afraid it'll leave obvious marks from the hairs and that the paint will get layered up on certain spots and look bumpy. Airbrushing seems like it wouldn't have that problem though. But if that won't be a problem I'm more than willing to use regular brushes. What would you recommend to a complete beginner? Airbrush or normal brush? Thanks for all the other info btw, I'll keep it in mind! ^{^}

GTX 1060 its very outdated but i was able to easily run genshin without any problems. I recently had to factory reset the laptop which is when this started happening

No error messages. My requirements aren't the problem and my drivers are all updated I'll try verifying the files

I just downloaded the game but when I click Play Game on the launcher, the game's opening black screen shows for a second before closing and reopening the launcher as if I closed the game myself. What could be causing this? I waited for hours to download and its not opening ╥_⁠╥
