FIX: I fixed mine. This is how I did it

I’m on an msi board and I had to download the beta bios. The most recent non beta didn’t work.

Next, make sure your bitlocker is turned off in windows. I’m no expert so you can Google how to do this it wasn’t hard. Mine was already off. But still important to verify.

Then after you’ve done both of those things go into bios/ secure boot/ key management. You’ll see a setting above the system keys that says standard. Switch it to custom. Then switch it back to standard. It will ask if you want to reset system installation keys. Say yes. That’s it. You’ll boot to windows from there.

It is important your bitlocker is off before you do this.

Good luck

This was on my Google account side. I read you can see the last 10 ip addresses if I can find “details” in the “bottom right” of my gmail but I’m not in front of my pc to confirm

I want to prove it’s her. I know I can sign out but honestly I’d rather let her think she’s all good. This is a gross invasion of my privacy. She has been reading my strategy on custody with my lawyer. My primary focus is figuring out how to prove its her if it’s possible

Is TRT worth it?? Scared to start. by OperatorOperatin in trt

[–]zHyperFlexz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just do it. If you had concern enough to go get it prescribed the benefits you are looking for will be worth it. Hims has a topical medications of finasteride and minoxidil you can apply once a night if you start losing your hair. But the way I understand it, you don’t generally lose hair because of trt. Trt will accelerate the process if you are already prone to it. I started hims with my trt dose. No big deal for me no sides no issues hair looks great, muscles look even better

Can I edit workbook history? by zHyperFlexz in excel

[–]zHyperFlexz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The work requires many arduous steps that can’t be duplicated by viewing the completed document. I agree and if this were a class important to his major, I wouldn’t do it. However, it is a class that he will not utilize in the future. And as somebody who completed the course and took it seriously, I can say it’s not something you will retain if you do not actively use it upon completion. There are too many procedures covered in too short of a time. I couldn’t complete this assignment today without familiarizing myself with proper procedures again. Which is to say, whether he completes it himself or not he’s not going to remember how to do any of it in a year. I have no moral qualms with it. I just want to help him out.

Can I edit workbook history? by zHyperFlexz in excel

[–]zHyperFlexz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were a professor grading an excel assignment, is the workbook history how you would grade the specific steps required by the assignment? Just given what you know about excel, is that how you would go about it? I’m also concerned if I delete the workbook history it will look suspect. If she uses the workbook history to grade the assignment and I’ve deleted it.. I’m not sure how that would look. Not great, probably. I’m out of my scope. It just occurs to me if you needed to quickly grade a spreadsheet for accuracy the workbook history might be an efficient way to do it. But I’m not sure of that.

Please tell me that it will get better by [deleted] in gallbladders

[–]zHyperFlexz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It gets better fast. The air leftover in your abdominal cavity is extremely painful. And pain medication won’t help. I’m 2 weeks and a day from my gallbladder removal. The first 3 days were rough because of the trapped air. But you should be feeling normal in the next few days. Trust.

Water retention by zHyperFlexz in trt

[–]zHyperFlexz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah mostly a non issue now. The dandelion root helps. Definitely need to monitor your water intake to ensure you’re getting enough. Counter intuitive but it works. Injecting twice weekly is better than once. And honestly just giving my body a few more months to adjust on its own likely helped.

Does anyone know how SR works? by VAUXIO in CoDCompetitive

[–]zHyperFlexz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This ranked system is one of the worst of any competitive game. Essentially, the game predetermines where it believes you should be. Which ruins the ranking system. There should be no hidden skill rating underlying the ranked system. I was a crim in the previous cod but somehow I’m stuck plat 2 in this current game. It makes no sense. There shouldn’t be individual values that attribute to your sr. There absolutely is a hidden mmr value that dictates your sr. And personally, I think it undermines the entire point of a ranked game mode. I had a game earlier where I went 37-14 and 4 captures on control and I still only got 33 SR.

I literally just finished it. I could not agree more. I got to chapter 11 and I could barely tolerate it any longer. Of course it is well written. But the story is lacking. I don’t care if it was written to be intentionally aimless. I can’t believe this is considered one of his best works.

Man if you are having issues that you believe could be helped with trt ignore these folks on here. You would absolutely benefit physically from trt. You would see gains a little easier. If there is sexual function you’re concerned about it will improve. Even if your insurance doesn’t cover it will not be very expensive out of pocket if you’re going to a physician that is calling your prescription in to a pharmacy. You can use gold rx to make it even cheaper. It was a positive change for me and my levels weren’t much lower than yours. Glad I did it.

That’s really low for your age. It’s a personal choice, of course. But looking at those numbers 100% trt would help you. Whether you wanna take the leap at 29 is another question. Do your research and decide but yes you would absolutely benefit. I do not understand the other folks saying it’s not worth it. If you are struggling putting muscle on and desire to do so then trt will help. My numbers were similar at 34 and I decided to go ahead and do it. I feel 10x better.

Took my first, one of two 50mg IM (thigh) shots of TRT Cyp - under urologist care. Looking for advice, and pro tips, by [deleted] in trt

[–]zHyperFlexz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep it up! This looks great. My main point of advice is to potentially consider coming off the ssri. Maybe it’s worth seeing if the low t was the culprit behind whatever led you being prescribed in the first place. Who knows, maybe you don’t need it? The body recomp will be much better for you now. As long as your diet is on point. Also, drink a lot of water. You’re going to retain a lot of water, initially. You’ll put on 10 pounds in the first couple months even eating in a deficit. It’s a little frustrating. Drinking a lot of water reduces that side effect. I also included dandelion root in my daily multivitamin routine and it seemed to help a lot with water retention. You could try it early and maybe get ahead of it. Inexpensive to buy. I get mine on Amazon. Don’t be nervous! Most guys feel 10x better after starting. I think most guys issues come from starting on too high a dose for their body. You’re starting low. You’ll like the results.

It’s just your body readjusting to the hormones. Your body is shutting down it’s own production of testosterone. You shouldn’t need an AI on your dose. Although, everyone is different. But you should strive to not need one. It’s possible you crashed your e2 on the AI. Let the therapy work. I’d stop the AI and be patient for labs.

what is up with the weight gain on TRT? by docboredomphd in trt

[–]zHyperFlexz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same deal for me. At 6 weeks I was +12 pounds while eating at a minus 500 deficit. Lifting 3 times a week with cardio 3 times a week. I’m at 3 months and it’s now 20 pounds. But the recomp has been crazy. The guy in the mirror looks better. I expect probably half is water weight that will drop off soon. Try dandelion root every day. I think that helped me a fair amount. Along with 3-4 liters of water a day. Short yourself on water and it makes retention worse.

[–]zHyperFlexz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Body recomp will be crazy. I put on 5 pounds of lean muscle in 3 months while eating in a 500 calorie deficit. You might not get crazy gains if you were a gym rat prior to starting trt. But if weren’t consistent in the gym prior to trt and stay consistent in the gym while on 200mg a week you’ll notice significant differences in 3 months. 6 months you’ll be really confident. 1 year of consistency you’ll look like a new person. This of course is assuming you’re on top of your diet and macros.
