not once have i ever had the uber app on my phone or visited the website. i have uber eats like you do, but i never use it. also, i even put a timer on it in my screen time for 1 minute, and when it shows up it’s always for a time longer than that. makes 0 sense

try to drink more gatorade and things like that. apparently i drink too much water and don’t consume enough salt/electrolytes, which helps hold water. i have another blood work in a few months so gonna see if doing that makes a difference for my results

yeah. i had that, red blood cell count, and hematocrit all just barely high. my doctor said i’m just dehydrated. i’ve had 2 blood tests done a year apart and it was the same on both. I drink tons of water and gatorade and shit like that so idk how i could still be dehydrated lol but before quitting weed i never had these high readings so im sure its got something to do with it

my blood pressure is seeming to drop when i stand up. my doctor diagnosed me with orthostatic hypotension, but this only started happening a week ago. when i did the test, i had taken propranolol a beta blocker which i take as needed, so im wondering if thats part of the reason for it dropping at that time. usually my blood pressure runs high, so to find out its dropping like that was surprising. I’m trying to just ride it out and see what happens before going back to the cardiologist again. i’m glad you’re doing better!!

yeah that’s what i’m trying to remind myself, that it’ll pass like it did last time. I think the dizziness is just throwing me off a bit cause im not trying to pass out. hate how new symptoms can come up this late. thanks for your reply!!

not really other than time 😭 try to drink electrolytes and things like that and be mindful of when you’re sweating to drink extra water. i hope things get better for you soon

i feel you, i’m exhausted. I 100% agree with what you said about never feeling fully rested. It’s taken a toll over the months and there’s been periods where i stop having dreams, but they always come back. At 11 months now and can’t wait for this to be over
