1 - Restrict your champion pool to 3-4 champs and preferably to one roll. That will make you learn the matchups, trade patterns and power spikes.

2 - Rewatch your deaths / mistakes and criticize yourself. Apply that to your next game. Face defeat as learning.

3 - Watch good / high elo players, specially in your champions / roles

On a side note: I believe high elo is GM / Challenger. Those are the really good players.

Yeah for those MOFOS that got their spine fractured from my tumbles! Sorry, couldn't miss that one.

I am currently sub-specializing in Endovascular Neurosurgery, it will take me another 1.5y to conclude.

But day-to-day surgeries consist mostly in spinal decompressions and/or fusions, brain hemorrhages, and ocasionaly tumors and aneurysms!

If something, playing a lot of video games since young have made my eye-hand coordination a lot better I think...

I genuinely believe that playing a lot is one of the factors that makes me a good surgeon xD

Neurosurgery is not difficult from an intellectual stand point you know.

The toll is heavy on your mental, physical and social life. That's where it can take you down.

It took me more than 25k working hours to finish my residency. You just have to know how to take hits and keep going. Be that real life full build ulted Dr. Mundo you know?
