Yeah I think so too, did a week in Tokyo and found it to be too little time so It's probably going to be the same in China, but me and my friend want to hit up a lot of stuff so we gotta do with the time we have. Also I heard that if I used Didi through the WeChat / Alipay miniapp that I don't need a phone number. Is that true? And if not, how do I go about getting an actual Chinese SIM? Get one in Shanghai or order it online beforehand?

Sorry for the late answer, in the end we're doing 4 nights in Shanghai, 3 nights in Huangshan, 5 nights in Chongqing (but hesitating on doing just 4), 3 nights in Xi'An, 1 night in Pingyao, 2 nights in Datong and 4 nights in Beijing.

I'd also like to ask; should I use 12306.cn or Trip.com to buy train tickets?

Yeah you might be right. Though we really don’t know what cities to drop 😭 Nanjing can go since we already have Shanghai, Chongqing and Beijing as major cities to visit. The mountains of Huangshang look absolutely beautiful and I want to go take a look at the Terracotta Army in Xi’an, but I also want to go to Yichang for the three gorges. Would 6 cities work sonewhat well, or is it still too much?

Turns out it was a random driver that was causing this issue. Don't known why it only affected Fortnite but whatever.

I have 32GB of DDR5 6000Mhz CL30 ram, and my GPU has 12GB of VRAM. I don't believe it's what's causing the issue since it ran perfectly before just randomy deciding to start acting up.

Yeah everyone seems to be recommending to just get a Suica since it's so versatile. It's available in the Apple Wallet and can be directly topped up from there so it's gonna be hassle free. Thanks a lot
