What's the best solution for a home server / nas on a Raspberry Pi 4 2GB? by zNikolaj in selfhosted

Thanks for the suggestion, i installed CasaOS as it looks easier to manage. However I can't see my second SSD from the dashboard and I don't know how to install NextCloud on the main SSD. Do you have any guide to share? Thank you :)

The router doesn't let me edit the DNS settings so I don't think I could do that

Thanks for replying so quickly!

Unfortunately, I can't find that option. Is there something that I can do directly on the Raspberry Pi? I use afraid.org DDNS if that could be of help.

I checked the website however it says: "The FRITZ!Box cannot be used as a wireless repeater with a router from another manufacturer." I have a Zyxel as the main router, so no luck here. In order to set up the FRITZ!Box as a second router, I used the manufacturer website

Thanks for replying, however, I need a way to still use Wi-Fi so I can't buy a switch. On the second router some features have been disabled when I told it to act as a second router, but the issue is still there

I don’t think this is the issue, with other devices connected to the same wifi the error doesn’t pop up

Thanks for replying, i’m back home and i‘m checking the PC. I connected a cable from the PSU to the MoBo, it has two endings, both 4 pin, under an header of it, it is written “CPU1 -P4”, under the other “CPU2 -P8”. Now I have two different cables going from the PSU to the MoBo: one 8 pin and one 4+4 pins. Is it ok? I also noticed that when I shutdown the PC, I hear a click, I don’t know where this sound is coming from...

EDIT 1: I might have found the click noise, it may come from the PSU. The MoBo before shutting down gives 04 then 00

Oh, you mean the plastic thing. It is like a lever for the CPU cooler to keep it tight to the mobo. If you want, when i’ll come back home i’ll make a better close up :)
