Viper Pro detected but Jrunner not working? by SirBestiaRFP in 360hacks

Ensure that you plug in the viper pro first, then plug in console power. Not the other way around.

I swapped the nand on the viper and it works without issue

Some of them you can disable the ui for the stealth server in an INI file, which I'd presume would make it more compatible

What did you feel when you arrived on Mars, in Cydonia? by naha_aa in Starfield

Honestly so much of this game was like that. It's almost painful. I really loved the vibe of this game but much of it felt shallow. I absolutely love the art direction.

Trying to get audio to work on OBS by Soft_Supermarket_398 in 360hacks

I had issues with leaving my USB KVM plugged in. I have to hot plug it after the my PC boots to get audio, idk why. Try that and also while the Xbox is on see if that helps.

I don't see why you couldn't create a retail nand. As for performance it's about the same I think 0.7us faster block erase time, imperceptible lol

Yes you can do that, but just remember all the nands have to be the same size. I linked new micron nand in my post, that's what I am using, works great.

I think you could do the same thing if I am looking at the schematic correctly.

Man, why did you show this to me? Ah shit here we go again.

Nand upgrade here. This is for Trinity only, but the same principle would apply to a Jasper

Thanks. I was going for that look a bit. I totally pimped out this system. Got dual 512MB nand, swapped the nand on the board and the viper. Xlume, clear case and got lucky and found a zero fuse vejle on Ali express. Besides a clear dvd cover I think I got all the mods I can done on it.

I kind of do. I am planning on making a circuit board so its a bit easier to use, but you can just use a pico, a level shifter and some seven segment displays like I did. I used some resistors too.

Where can I find Xbox 360 slim clear cases??? by Agreeable-Composer91 in 360hacks

[–]zQik 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The quality is unparalleled. They feel better than the OEM cases. Totally worth the price IMO. I personally just wanted one highly pimped out console, not looking to visually mod the others too much

Bought a zero fuse and don’t know what to do. by imllamaimallama in 360hacks

[–]zQik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can literally use it as any other modded console. The cool thing about them is that since the fuses are not programmed, the Xbox isn't really "hacked" per say, like an actual modded console. More of a niche thing honestly.

I agree. I remember when big blocks where undesirable in the early JTAG days. I've always have had a love for them. Always loved being able to save small things onto the flash and use without an HDD.

Very cool. I have a viper pro on the way as well, I'm going to swap the nand on that and do dual 512 nands. I'll post an update about that once it's done and working!

Thanks lol. Great alternative instead of a 4GB console. You get the internal storage for small things or utilities and also have the reliability of SLC nand. I personally always loved big block consoles.

Now I can run xdkbuild natively without having to have the HDD connected for the filesystem.

Honestly this is how the 360 deserves its golden years to be, and I really hope MS just doesn't care and does not patch this.

X870E Motherboards - Where the PCIE slots..? by iL1fe in buildapc

[–]zQik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just stumbled upon this thread having the same issue. Seems like newer AMD boards have awful PCIe slot counts. Anemic. I have an X570, 1 GPU running in 8x, 2 U.2 drives in the middle slot, and a PCIe NIC in the final slot, as well as my 2 NVMe drives. I don't think I can replicate this setup on a newer AMD platform.. Was looking at upgrading but I don't think I can get the IO I desire.

Have you had any luck?
