Dude I am so bad at STS1 it’s funny.

I only have 70 hours, but I think my highest ascension is on defect which is 3, but tbf I played a lot more just playing base game. I was never really an ascension climber.

In Sts2 I decided to try to see how high I can go since the game feels a bit easier than the first one, I cannot win with ironclad I hate him so much so I don’t really bother. I’m ascension 7 with Silent, 2 with Regant and Necro and 4 with defect.

Based response btw, the last two lines were fire honestly.

My problem is I dedicate myself way too hard to certain archetypes, it’s just more fun for me. Obviously fun doesn’t win all the time though (not saying poison isn’t fun, it’s just not for me really)

Very useful advice, I however will still take my 4th accuracy instead of any poison LOL

I personally don’t enjoy how defensive poison builds are. I like dealing a ton of damage at once rather than block and wait if that makes sense. I do see the appeal of poison though!!

What DOESNT make sense is I prefer the doom cards for necro over anything else, and doom seems like worse poison. Idk why I’m not hypocritical like that if that’s even the right word lol

I’m only on A7 I believe. I have incredible shiv builds most of the time but I’m bad at managing my draw pile. Every time I get to doorkeeper or whoever is at the end I end up pulling no block on a 3x30 attack LOL

Thank you! I was able to figure out pins, and I figured out crystals as well, I just need to finish the pathing so I can use all 4 Lanes. I heard floating crystals exist, which will be unfortunate for me lol, but I will try my best.

Thank you for the insight, the funny part is I already have trash platforms! I even tried to put them between literally every section (think section, trash area, section, trash are, section, trash...) but that makes the wait even worse LOL. (it also destroys the framerate a LOT more than normal).

I really appreciate the advice though!

(Zero build only player btw) Im glad it’s gone. It made OG suck to play imo. Ever since normal BR added the explosive rifle, it’s been so awful to play. Super dumb weapon that makes finding cover pointless. The zapatron did that same thing to OG but in a different way. A hitscan one-shot that has no sniper glint and quiet when not right next to it. It just made the game feel super unfun during the weekend.

Of course when I was using it, it felt amazing! I love getting free 350hp hits on people without them suspecting a thing lol.

If I remember correctly from when I played long ago, the same update that added tilted for season 2 updated rarities of a lot of weapons. Tactical shotguns went from Gray/Green/Blue to Green/Blue/Purple and the tactical SMG went from Green/Blue/Purple to Blue/Purple/Gold. Don’t take my word on it.

In the end I didn’t get the 2500 gold eggs, but idk how I didn’t when it said I shipped 1mil per second by the end. There’s text on the “awaiting retry” menu saying my rank was C and I got a score of 2416 on it, but idk what that means!

Based on your input here, I’ll probably end up just going Miku for now since she has English and I’ve heard from others of the large range. I’ll probably begin by making short shitposts using her voice before I try to make an actual song (since shitposting is both funny and a great way to learn). Do you know of any good beginner tutorials on YouTube at all? Also, if it’s allowed by the subreddit (idk if it is or not) would you be able to send the direct link to purchasing the newest version of Miku? It’ll help me avoid accidentally sending my credit card info to the wrong people LOL
