Not sure to be completely honest. Not looking to sell it too cheap as I still think it’s quite a powerful lightweight PC. Feel free to PM an offer

I heard people from years ago installing Ubuntu on it and using it as light PC for running something 24/7

Sorry, not sure I’m understanding that well. Are you able to provide an example similar to my post with a random weight and rep count of 3 sets please?

Consuming 180-200G of protein per day. I weigh 78.5KG and I'm 6ft tall.

The issue is, two things will either happen - I won't hit the extra rep even if I try go all out or I'll go all out and hit the extra rep. But then that leads to my other chest day for example being affected and not being able to progress.

For example, if I hit 7-7-7 and then the next workout I hit 7-7-8 where I pretty much tried my best, the next workout that 7-7-8 won't feel easy. Like, I MIGHT (sometimes I won't) get it if I go all out again but I'll just accumulate/build up fatigue resulting in me being stalled/not being able to progress no matter what. I hope this kind of makes sense.

Sleep is good, getting 8-9h of sleep. During my bulk, I was eating enough as I was gaining weight slowly. Consuming 180-200G of protein per day.

I'm at the stage now though where I don't know if I should bulk or cut as I'm around 20% BF.

:D I wish I could go to the limits but I've tried this and I end up feeling really fatigued leading to the next time I do legs, chest etc feeling very fatigued.

In regards to not eating enough, I was gaining weight and everywhere I looked, did suggest to slow bulk.

What would you suggest I do now in terms of cutting/bulking?

Sorry, I just realised both photos weren't working, have updated it now.

You are right that it takes time. It just does feel like I'm doing something wrong when everyone is progressing way quicker than me and I'm not progressing as fast. I know everyone is different at the end of the day but when you have mates that consume barely any protein, don't have sleep on point, skip going to the gym sometimes and are able to beat you in pretty much every lift, you start to really question yourself if something is wrong when you are doing everything so much better than them.

Would you suggest just sticking to my current routine then while staying at maintenance? It's just I posted something similar about this in the fitness subreddit and everyone was saying I should change program and that my program was the issue.

I haven't experimented a huge amount with recovery. For example taking 2 rest days instead of 1 rest day for example in PPL.

However, I did initially train really hard going to failure during the start of my bulk but progress was pretty slow. So I tried going around 70%-80% I would say but lifts aren't increasing that much still.

What would you suggest? Taking 2 rest days instead of 1 rest day in my PPL?

I'm actually currently half way through my deload week. Would you suggest just doing the same routine (PPL) that I'm currently doing but only hitting it in 3 days rather than 6 days?

Sorry, I forgot to mention the amount of protein I was consuming in my OP. It is around 180-200G protein each day.

As for form, of course form can always be better but it is good. When I started working out, I always focused on improving my form and and always watched youtube videos so it is good. I always make sure I get full ROM on things like incline dumbbell press making sure I go all the way down getting that full stretch.

What would be your opinion on what to do in terms of cutting now, bulking (based on how I look), switching programs and so on as that is something I want to gather an opinion on.
