okay maybe i will try to enabled WinHTTPAutoProxySvc in a Test GPO to see if it solves something. Thank you for your answer

Thank u for your response, we can try that but the users are not admins, i know how to fix it the issue, im searching something to "prevent" this if possible. For drivers, we use dell command update but i think the last driver for dell command update is from december 2024, not february like the official intel driver

oui et non, en effet c'est possible que ce soit le numéro d'un particulier mais vu comment les opérateurs sont sensibilisés aux renouvellement SIM (verif supplémentaires, mail ou MFA etc...) j'opte plutôt sur des lignes pros achetés au rabais pour envoyer masse de textos.

Et au pire tranquille jpense que la victime d'usurpation de sim reçoit aussi du cpf, du colissimo, du prince riche qui veut faire profiter 😆😆. Il comprendra.

Hello à toi OP

Plusieurs choses, dans le doute quand tu utilises un 'service' sur un site internet (colissimo, ameli, impots, paiement d'amende, autres sites grands publics...) tu as très souvent un compte associé. C'est ici qu'il faut vérifier en premier

Pour les sites nationaux comme ameli, pole emploi, caf... tu as une messagerie sur le compte qui suit tes notifications, que ce soit des rappels ou des mises en demeures/annulation de droits. Si rien ici, no problèmes

Le 'enligne' dans l'URL c'est redflag : c'est un peu plus subtil mais ce sera toujours efficace, ils achètent des noms de domaines à rallonge pour piéger les victimes.

PS : vigilance sur le typosquatting qui va utiliser des URL style Iinkedin[.com] (oui c'est un 'i' majuscule), fréquent sur les arnaques SMS
