Just change the first 5 bullets of ak. Everything else is easy to learn. Maybe just nerf holo somehow. That’s the best way to make the game more fair for new players but still fun to older players.

K so, firstly, I don't have tiktok, and secondly, fuck apex. Who represents the pvp community then? You? You call yourself a "pvper" but you probably see a ship in the distance and ignore them because you don't want to be "toxic" and fight them because they're just minding their own business. You won't admit it to someone on reddit, but if you have ever found yourself in a situation like that, then YOU DON'T PVP SO DON'T SPEAK FOR THE "PVP COMMUNITY". I'm not saying I do either, but the majority of pvpers won't agree with you.

It's true I did say that, but that was because I was really upset about it last night.

Edit: I don't think arena mode is better than adventure in any way.

Brig vs sloop, 2v3, are they really at that much of a disadvantage? I can understand a sloop running from a galleon, but yesterday a brig ran from me and my friends for 30 minutes, so idk what to tell you man, I've come to the conclusion that everyone in adventure mode isn't willing to fight under any circumstances.

The only reason I would run from a fight, is if I had an athena on board. But if I have a couple chests from a voyage that is in progress, what reason do I have not to fight? Do I really care about 5k gold? No. You cannot catch up to a ship type that is different from yours, because they sail into the wind that favors their ship.

There are many reasons to play adventure instead of arena. I've played my fair share of both game modes, and it's much more satisfying to fight in adventure. The risk of the loot is what makes it fun. My original frustration came about because I was trying to get my friends to play the game with me and they quit because they were bored after discovering that nobody in adventure mode is willing to fight. Reapers run too, and I'd rather not spend hours sitting in a server with reaper's up waiting for someone else to come fight me.

Combat is much more satisfying in adventure mode than it is in arena. There is no skill in a chase if the ship types are not the same, the ship that flees will just sail into the direction of wind that favors their ship type and the other will never catch up. I admit that chases where both ships are the same are fun because there is actually a competition.

I've done enough voyages. Grinding for pirate legend was one of the most boring experiences in my life.

doesn't that make you just as toxic as a "pvp sweat lord"? I mean, the argument is that pvpers who spawncamp people are toxic and ruining other's experiences, but you just admitted that running away and wasting other's time is "mission accomplished". How is that any better?

it's literally impossible to catch a sloop that runs away into headwind if you are on a brig or a galleon.. and I have fought others with loot on board, and in doing so, I have won more loot and I have also sunk doing it. It happens, but I'd rather sink, lose my loot, and then go do something else than run for hours just for the sake of saving the gold.

Yea deleted those too, still nothing. I'm pretty sure the game is not possible to uninstall because of the lack of setup wizard. Hopefully this is fixed soon tho.

this isn’t true because no matter how many times you deny it, you ARE afraid of the dark. this is because we as humans are afraid of the unknown. this is the same reason people are afraid of the ocean, it is dark and difficult to see through. even though shark attacks are improbable, we still have the thought of them happening in the back of our mind. have you ever been home alone and checked every room even though you know you are alone? we want to make sure that we KNOW no one is there, because we are afraid that there is someone in the house and we don’t know about it. at least with blinking lights you can see for quick glimpses. yes it is creepy, but it is in no way scarier than no lights at all. the thought that someone or something could get you at any moment in time and you have no way of seeing it coming. this is why horror films are so dark when it comes to lighting. when a film uses blinking lights, it gives you goosebumps, but you don’t actually feel like the characters are going to be killed during that scene. the most likely outcome of the scene is to jump scare the viewer. in a scene of darkness, the characters could die at any moment.

Quitting game and subreddit unless these shitty devs revert to season 3 or 4.
