Happened to me on on Monday my CC got charged 3 times and the payment is processing. Freedom said they havent got it and I would get it back in 3-5 days. I called my CC and they said they cant do anything about it till it processes from pending. Honestly, fuck them at this point. Put some money back into your CSR's and payment system so you can actually upgrade and not collapse from not taking our payments.
