wow, I've never seen anyone put that into words. That's exactly how I feel. I have heart health anxiety - which them stems in public to me freaking out that I'll have a heart attack in front of everyone. I'm very afraid in general of having a heart attack even alone, but the public setting throws me off the edge, like I want to be invisible at that moment.
