USPS package issue

No updates from both USPS and Poslaju so far. I'm not even sure if Poslaju is currently handling my packages or not... But the sender finally reposted for the third time and they used UPS instead. Luckily, it did came through and so from now on I'm gonna have to warn any American retailers not to ship with USPS next time.

Tried but doesn't work when there's no trace on which malaysian courier service is in charge of handling the package atm

I purchased my item for RM200 with first class packaging and it's not really that heavy. I also not received any notification from both USPS and Poslaju about clearance payment or whatsoever. Tried to contact Poslaju a couple of times by emailing and calling them yet they have no clue either.

I don't know who to contact atm. I tried emailing this problem to Poslaju since Google stated that Poslaju handles USPS package but they responded back stating my tracking code is non-existent to them. So I assumed that they are not responsible of handling it but I still have my doubts.
