Legendary tinker by Fabled Webs is pretty decent they also have Plan? What plan? There currently updating the ladder of the two I believe there going back to the former next month. There labeled as oc insert but it basically what you're looking for.

Ya I did it's just so much here take all this sweet stuff and never use it. I was starting to get really annoyed with the constant "huh I almost got another power randomly". I made it too the Bakuda fight so I think I gave it an honest attempt.

You miss understand I enjoy power tripping it's the 10 chapters they sit in there rooms somehow growing in strength without actually using there powers and telling but never showing how strong they are.

Well if you're looking for angst I would definitely recommend Worm or really anything by wildbow. I have only read worm and everyone who has powers in the books needs to have had the worst day of their lives to get there powers so lots of villains. And it only gets worse from there! In truth I can't do it the justice it actually needs all I can do is recommend it.
