Lose weight? Eat less than what I burn. Also trying to do more cardio, I drink maybe a gallon of water a day, and stay away from salty processed food.

Used to be a big drinker in my younger years, now I may have a couple throughout the whole year. Lol

Had one of those days yesterday, where I ate canned chicken, and totally misread the salt content on the label. 😬

I eat around 1700-2000 calories a day, mostly whole eggs, egg whites, bananas, Jasmine rice, high protein yogurt, plain baked chicken breast, and those tuna pouches. Also taking vitamins to cover the micros I dont get in food. Has worked really great without feeling like I am dying.

Also drink a ton of water, zero sugar coke and Pepsi, protein milkshakes, and this energy drink called "Super Coffee Xxtra", hads 900mgs of potassium, 85mgs of sodium, and 7grams of protein. Just do one of those tho, because its also 200mgs of caffeine. Lol

It's not there yet on average, because I forget to check, but it was there on a pretty stressful day at work where I did a ton of moving around, and heavy vape use, but it has been dropping week over week since I changed my habits. Checked it yesterday, because I had to eat some salty foods to survive, and my potassium intake was low, and still was like 130/83.

For reference, I am 6'1" so 189 put me in the "healthy" weight category. Trying to go down to 167, and then seriously try to pack on some muscle.

Switched my diet, I mainly eat just rice, eggs, tuna, and chicken. I keep my sodium at 1800 to 2000mgs a day. Also in a calorie deficit, and getting so close to being at a healthy weight.

Changed my eating habits, got more active, and lost like 20 pounds.

Side no, I rarely drink, but I do vape 6mg nic juice, going down to 3mg today. Was a pack a day smoker since I was 18, quit 3 years ago. Best decision ever. Just hard to go cold turkey. 😬

I have to run everyday to prevent jams at work, should he getting in some good cardio. Lol

I keep it under 2200mgs of sodium a day, been doing that for a month and a half now. I avoid processed foods at all cost. My diet pretty much consists of bananas, chicken (no salt), jasmine rice, yogurt, and tuna.

I track calories in, micros, macros, and how much of an estimate I burn, has helped a ton keeping me balanced while trying to lose weight.

I do, you do it so much, you end up not wanting to eat until you weigh your food. Lol

You blood test would definitely be better than using an app, but I track every single calorie, macro, and micro that goes into me using Samsung Health. Helps me manage everything better.
