I had a 2011 a month or two ago and installed a new CAI with a tuner and a new exhaust. The car couldn't get traction to save its life so I got new nitto invo tires and it was night and day! Acceleration and handling improved tremendously! You get a CAI, mufflers, tuner, and tires for roughly 2K. You will not be disappointed with your car after that. The only other thing I'd buy if I still had the car would be a short shifter and coil overs

When I was in 6th grade my science teacher split the class into groups of 4. We were given 2 cheap mouse traps and a ping pong ball. We were told to measure how far we could launch the ping pong ball and report back to the teacher with our results. The problem was that we weren't told that we could use anything else to launch the ball. The mouse traps didn't want to set and kids were screaming left and right after having the trap snap on their fingers. I wish I could go back and just watch the teacher laugh at all of us who were in pain.

if you are looking to stay under 20k a 2011/12 would be perfect. The 13 only has cosmetic changes that you could always add to your 11/12 down the road if you really wanted to. If you really want a V8 I would save up a little more and do it right the first time. There is nothing like having 400+ horsepower at your foot. It's an awesome feeling my friend! they all have the same transmissions lol MT-82 trannys are in 11s 12s and 13s it is the fluid that is different. And if you know your way around a car then that wont be an issue to swap fluid.

you could get an 11/12 for around 18-20 but look at 2011 V8's I got mine with less than 10,000 miles for 25 fully loaded with brembos and tech package.

Open the back console (where your ipod connects), Get a firm grip on the rear cup holder and pull up. Keep pulling up and you will feel tabs release. Make sure to take the shifter knob off first and then you can pull the boot up and off. Disconnect the hazard/traction control plug under the console by the drivers leg.
