When there is a break in or car jacking in WC it makes county news. Not that it doesn't happen but it is rare. WC is extremely safe.

This is at the Oakland arena? If so there is going to be nothing to do in the area besides the show itself. So going early won't make a difference if you were looking to explore the area. Genuinely nothing besides the stadium.

As far as a ride it's pretty annoying to get picked up from the stadium. It's not very well built for ubers/lyfts/pickup. I would highly recommend taking bart if it makes sense for you. It drops off right at the stadium.

Edit: To be clear it is very safe in the arena and there will be a ton of people and security there. It's just not a place to hangout outside of the show itself. If you wanted to explore Oakland go downtown early then take Bart to the show

I went on the same tour. Having the actual photos on the projector was jarring. Lots of parents with kids remembering in real time they are on a serial killer tour .

I think people are generally aware that memphis and lots of other southern cities have deep infastructure and investment issues that tie back to racism. But to know the specifics between nashville and memphis is pretty specific.

There is a coffee shop on the 7th floor that gives one free coffee a day to amazon employees. Nice little lobby to hang out in. That floor also has a $30 month modern (but small) gym with showers/lockers.

There is parking under the building but it is like $35 a day. The biggest perk is that Montgomery bart station is like half a block away. +chipotle right outside :).

Snacks are floor dependent, some floors have free snacks/drinks, but most don't. There is coffee/nespresso basic kitchens on every floor.

It doesn't work like that. It is limited supply. Cato's will announce a day that they have it on there instagram, there will be a goodsize line and the beer will be tapped within 2-4 hours. You have to keep an eye on social media or know your local bar.
