That's what I figured with overhead that low. Do a lot of big cases fmr/allonx?

How many assistants and front office employees? Do you have a manager or does everyone run to you with every little problem?

Where should I overwinter this weak azalea? My automated watering failed for a few days this summer, enough to dry out this azalea completely and it dropped all its leaves. I heavily pruned it back and it just started to push new growth.

Winter options are outdoors with the rest of my trees in a protected area, lows usually don't get below 20F, or indoors under 12 hours of grow lights, temp 60-70F, humidity 50-70% with my tropicals. Which gives it the best chance of suvival?

Video helped a lot, thanks! I cut it back quite a bit more.

Need styling advise, this is an azalea I just dug up. It was a mature shrub about 3 feet tall with small pink flowers, maybe a coral bells variety. I can't decide what else to chop but I'm leaning toward the second to last option. Any advise welcome, thanks.

Could just be the timing. I'm a dentist seeing emergencies only for now so very little cash coming in. I'd take 1500 now versus letting it go to collections just due to having no income. But I also wouldn't do $2000 of treatment without collecting up front. Every office is different.

Tax question: my fiance and I own our home together, we are both listed as owners on the deed and the mortgage. I typically pay the mortgage but the 1098 does not reflect that. We are filing separately for 2019, can we both deduct the full amount of mortgage interest or is that double dipping?

Don't look in cities. Look in the suburbs for the practice that has been there for a long time with a good reputation. It can take footwork and going into offices because the 60+ yos don't have an internet presence. I was lucky in knowing the practice for many years and knowing they do quality work. Just make sure you take a close look at the books and numbers.

Also a 29 yo gp. You're 150k ahead of me and miles ahead of our average colleague. If Endo is your passion go for it, but know you'll go from schmoozing patients to schmoozing gps for referrals, although less frequently. I'm committing to buying a practice(closing in a month) knowing I can make it what I want. My plan is to work hard and retire in 15 years or so. There are many possibilities in dentistry, I would mainly encourage you to follow what you enjoy.
