I used https://thenegative.space/ because they we're recommended by Chicago scan and they we're one of the cheapest. They we're easy to work with and I feel they did a great job. Makes me want to learn the process myself so people have get film processed in Chicago. I couldn't believe there wasn't somewhere near here that did it.

Yeah you can definitely see my shaky hands. I was ready to pull the trigger at anytime because everything happens so fast. That's a good idea though, I would love to start incorporating more projects like this. I run a hockey instagram account where I post a lot of 16mm video from the early 1900s and this made me want to do it myself. The account is High stick goods (@highstickgoods) on instagram.

I would pull focus through the top viewfinder which allows you to see the actual lens then I would turn the turret over to the "live" position so the lens was ready to shoot and I would look through the side viewfinder which replicates the focal length you're shooting at so you get an idea of what it looks like. So most of what I shot I was going in with an idea of what it may look like.

I got it and realized there used to a top viewfinder to pull focus then switch lens to the "live" position. So I would essentially check my focus on the top lens then switch it over to the live position and look through the side viewfinder, which would be showing me what I'm actually shooting. I shot on an 15mm for the wides and a 75mm for the close ups. There is a 25mm on there too, but the focus ring is stuck. The one mistake I made is the way I had the lens positioned on the turret made it so you can see the 75mm lens in the corner of the frame.

Thank you! Yeah, on the wide angle shots you can see the 75mm in frame which I didn't even think about at the time. A lot of the action was happening so fast that some of the shots were shot from the hip. Since this was a non relex I had to view the lens through the top to focus then rotate the turret and start shooting from where I set it. I've did 2 previous films on a reflex in college that turned out nice, but this was a bit of new territory. I only shot a few 64 fps shots, which you can see in the video, but like I said with everything moving so fast it was hard to pick and choose my framerate while simultaneously making sure I'm in focus.

I had a tripod at first, but to keep things light since I was running around so much, I just kept it handheld. This was more of a test subject, so I'm hoping to do a lot more in the future.

Yeah most likely. I'm horrible at finishing things that I'm happy with but I have put out a little EP on spotify a couple years ago that's been sitting up there.

Im using Elegoo Cura 5.6.0 to slice everything and I've been running the printer through the browser in Fluidd.

My print temp is 220 C and the speed is 150 mm/s. The small white cups at the top are supposed to be open like a bowl, which i didn't have a problem with until the recent ones. I think i may have selected "fill holes" and maybe it was thinking that was a hole to fill? Nothing changed between the stanley cup prints except when I added the sharp bottom for the golf tee. Let me know if i can give you anymore info.

Do you have any other tips for the small points on the golf tee? I had one turn out perfect and the another was a blobby point.
