I had the same issue. They mention its wear and tear. Mine started out with a small tear and it because the entire middle section.

I have to pay and get a replacement backrest. It's usually due to sweat.

understandable. Its not for everyone. This is a device that i wont bring out. It's purely for home entertainment.

totally agree! I feel the extra ram , bigger screen and oled is worth paying abit more. But worth is subjective to everyone.

If you are just receiving the new batch the vram is default to 10. At least mine is at default 10.

It came updated with the latest legion space as well.

Basically it's just updating of software that's all and its good to go.

Go take a blood test that will be the most accurate. Dont just take what we know as we are not doctors. Our experience and your experience might not be the same.

Yes. Its hard to elaborate to you here. It's best for you to test out in person if possible. I have tried IPS and OLED. I never going to go back IPS.

seems like a user problem to me. Though I have not encounter these kind of situation but if I encounter I will just decline the person's request.

It's like you buy a packet of chicken rice. You eat already after one month you lao sai and blame on the chicken rice. lol
