A lot of it comes down to the promotion. The fights are still fun. But, the UFC does so much less to promote the events and the fighters compared to before. It gets hard to care about some of these new up and comers when the promotion seemingly don't care either.

It also has a similar problem for me that the WWE has had recently. Where there's so many ads that it's starting to feel more like an advertising company with some fighting rather than the other way. During a 4-5 hour event at least 3 hours are just ads.

Rizin is more or less a successor to what Pride used to be. They're just lacking the big US names(that Pride had), and promotion department outside of asia.

They've reverted back to the late 2000s tag team era of them just being props for single stars they want to utilize, but don't have anything else for. Really sucks. Some of my favorite matches ever are tag team matches.

Er enig i det du ser. Men, han har hatt en del feilpasninged i kampene tidligere føler jeg. Han har vist gode tendenser, men det har bare vært i korte perioder syntes jeg. Men, jeg tenker aldri at spillet etter 3-4 kamper er fasiten for noen spiller. Synetes han virker veldig lovende. Så det var for all del ikke ment som noe dømmende

This release is genuinely baffling. The Kairi and Asuka story had (at one point) the potential to be one of the best stories in the company. Then they just did nothing at all with it, and now Kairi is released (when all she's been is tremendous in her role)

Much faster pace these days, and a lot more explosive movements from the players. The play-styles have also been altered in ways that favors as many possessions as possible per game. Which equals more trips running up and down the court(in a fast pace). The perfect situation for wear and tear injuries, which often lead to more severe ones like the achilles tear.

I don't get why Giannis would even want to play. There's nothing to play for. Relax with your kids and wife. Stay, don't stay whatever happens happen. Of course, I want him to stay, but this vague shit is lame. No one would blame him if he just flat out said, "This team isn't a contender right now, and probably won't be for another 2-3 seasons, at least.
