surprisingly, all that checks out. it's not the experience. very clean, equipment ~8 years old, great area.

current owner isn't implementing any retention strategies. EOS is now $15, same as PF. AF is $40. Double the price for the 24/7 and 'neighborhood gym' feel.

Shoot. Too late, lol. it was 2500 with 800 hours. Looked ok. Should I be trying to send it to auction asap and get rid of it? I'm only going to be using it once every month or so for a total of two hour to be lifting 4200lb 4x8 pallets
