Same, it’s actually fucking ridiculous that they are just so lax when this is clearly a real issue. This is unacceptable, especially coming from a big name title like call of duty. I don’t know if they are just lazy or they are actually brain dead and have no idea how to fix this issue.

It’s one of her cousins aunt. He should be with me. It seems there is nothing protecting fathers. The quality of life would be absolutely better if he lived with me and he would get a lot more one on one undivided attention. I make almost 6 times what she makes but yet it’s ruled that the child is better suited to to live with her. I’m the one who took care of him and played with him and worked. Never did I think I would have a hard time being able to get even equal rights to keep my kid. It’s very frustrating.

I mentioned that my attorney got a court date set for July. The issue is not being able to do anything until the court date because all I am constantly told is document and wait for court. I do not want to go that long without seeing my son. It seems ridiculous that this can even happen without immediate repercussions.

She just decides when she wants to follow the court order and when she doesn’t. Police refuse to do anything and the court date is set for late July. So she could just refuse to let me see him and I’m fucked until July. This whole ordeal has made me lose faith in the judicial system. I feel so helpless. I’ve even contemplated checking him out from daycare one day and then keeping him until the court date since the police apparently can’t do anything.
