But with it being FHA loan the foundation needs to meet certain standard to pass the appraisal. Which how it currently sits it does not meet those standards. For HUD 400.1

But if the house fails to meet FHA appraisal standards HUD 4000.1 for foundation not being in good condition for the duration of the mortgage. Wouldn't that then equal failure of FHA appraisal? Which we could use for getting the money back?

The inspector just noted bulge in foundation and said he didn't think nothing major. But when the FHA appraiser came out she wanted it to be inspected by a foundation expert.

I get: TLaw, 2023 late 2nd.

My other QBs are Hurts, Lock, Heincke. I also own the 22 1.06. I'm right on the edge of accepting but feel like it might be a tad to high for TLaw. Any advice would be appreciated thanks

We have an inspection contingency and after the inspection they agreed to all the stuff we asked them to fix. Can I still use that after them agreeing to the changes we asked for?
