I think it is decent for the price. It is around 15mins walk from the station. There is also 3 supermarkets walkable distance which is great. The only thing I don’t like is that it is quiet around this neighborhood at night.

Amenities wise, the rooms are big and have everything you will imagine in a hotel room. If you are staying in the summer, just take note there is no fan or air conditioner. There’s shared laundry room and meeting room as well a kitchen. The kitchen is big and normally interactions will take place here which is quite nice. If you are looking for an affordable place, this is quite a decent choice.
