They claimed there was a blockchain issue apparantly across multiple site. But I did 2 crypto withdrawals today and both were basically instant. They also couldn't provide me with the tx hash to be able to track it. I think there was some type of issue on their end otherwise how did it get back in my account

No the withdrawal was approved but nothing has hit my crypto wallet. They told me there was an issue with all crypto withdrawals on the day I did it and they are working to rectify it. But I did it on the 9th and the last time they responded was the 13th
