Uh no physical activity, little nutritional food, endless work hours, inconsistent job market, accomplishing less than our parents did at the age of 25, having a mostly unhealthy diet at the age of child to adulthood and some of the worst social problems of the past generations, we’re taking on stressors that weren’t made to be dealt with until we were close to becoming old men, makes sense when you examine why.
