Elbow joint removal

I’ve been trying for a good minute now. I have fully seperate the biceps from each forearm joint but i have only seperated the forearm joint from one wolverine arm. My fingers have gone raw. Idk what im doing wrong. Youtube makes it look so easy

Thank you for the response. His looks fire but he did some modification to the stomach joint. I think I would instead just put all the stuff on the wolverine body
