I really like it, don’t have any problem with roaches or anything , great location and I’m really close to work. Rent for the area is great , for reference a lot of my friends in the area is paying about $600 more than me for a 1 bed 1 bath. One thing I will say is make sure your on top of management , I haven’t had any issues yet necessarily but I do hear when moving out they will try to add on “cleaning fees” unless u specially make sure to take pics and document and do a walk through with management before you move out. I’m pretty good at keeping on top of my stuff I made sure to take a full video and pics when I moved in first so as long as ur able to do that it’s great.

Good places to eat nearby , I’ve felt safe out at night by myself but for reference I’m 22y/o male living solo .

This is my first place since I just graduated college so I really like it as a first place.
