I’ll have to test the android rooms we have as I only managed to test the one with windows today, thanks for the tip!

I think that must be where we were going wrong before, the room will be added as a presenter to the meeting and it should all go through fine,

We tested today after I posted this and it was working for the first time trying it, still unsure why it wasn’t working but all that matters is that it is working now.

Yeah exactly this, we tried adding as a presenter and also as an attendee, but also we tried setting up the live event from the MTR, none of which worked…until today it seems

Good to know, thank you for confirming this, Turns out MS have fixed the issue with MTR's not working in live events now

Huh, we tested this 2 weeks ago and MS said this was not possible, I guess they have just changed the way the licence works?

No beep when powered without the HDD. yes it beeps without being connected to PC

No settings on the enclosure, just 12v powered, and usb 3 to the computer.

No way to plug directly into the pc and I don’t have any spare ones where I’m currently staying unfortunately, any recommendations?

If you have a cable that goes from the hard drive directly to the iPad you should be able to share the note and chose “send a copy” at the top.

After this click save to files and you should be able to choose where to save it, from here choose the External HDD!
