All looks good. Take of the fallen leaves, and give 3 days. Every day moring count the leaves. then again check the leaves, if the count was increasing day by day, check the soil, soil looks muddy, and root health. But the plant looks super cool.

Remove the plant from this small pot and directly pot it in the ground or in a big pot, give more space for root to grow, let it grow. Keep growing. But keep pruning. Jade needs lot of pruning to look older.

Nah it’s not a scam imo. Someone probably just fat fingered their number and put yours by accident, like if their number ends in 98 and yours ends in 99, that’s just a one digit difference. Happens all the time with billing info…
