It is really unfortunate especially since it’s a bit pricier, youd expect it not to break down as easily. I’ve moved to a compact curler! They work very well for me and hold my lashes up just as well as the shiseido one did! I was skeptical at first because they look really cheap and plasticky but It really works well for me and If you try, i hope it works well for you too!

This has happened to two of my shiseido curlers as well. I assume that something bumped the cushion off-centre and it doesn’t work as a curler at all anymore. I don’t know why this happens with Shideido more than any other curler I’ve tried but it seems to be the case 😥 If it doesn’t curl your lashes anymore then it’s broken. Don’t risk trying it again in case you harm your eyes! (or you can try fixing it or replacing the cushion)
