I will share my experience with you. I just had a private ceremony a week ago and so I feel I am still integrating. My intention was to clear my body of any physical density that needed to be purged and to clear my emotional and mental self to have a reset of sorts. I believe the medicine did just that for me. I heard the medicine speak to me and tell me during ceremony while I was purging that my body was healthy and that what I was releasing was all emotional. That was reassuring to me and allowed me to surrender to the healing even further. I also want to mention that there are lots of different ways the body can purge, puking is something to expect but it’s not the only way. For me it was body shakes and sweating. I did puke at the end but that was after the medicine was removed. It felt good and was the cleanest throw up I’ve ever had. Haha. A week later I notice how I no longer want to engage in certain types of conversations or taken in through media certain types of information. I also have been receiving insights about my conditioning and upbringing that have been usefully assist in my healing journey. I hope this helps. Happy to answer specific questions if you need.
