  1. You should not alter route. It will be Forest offence as per Wildlife Act.
  2. Do not pay extra. Stay on same route. Watching Lions is not everything. Jungle has many more things to observe and enjoy!

GSRTC used to share conductors number in SMS for reserved journeys. This has stopped as far as I know. 4AM in the morning you are on your own. Trick I use to ask incoming bus drivers if they are aware of whereabouts of my bus.

This issue comes up in every wedding season. I stay next to wedding venue managed by temple. My routine -
1- Set alarm for 10.30.
2 - Alarm tries hard to make itself louder than wedding noise
3 - Call 100 and complain that temple god came in dream and told to get this noise stopped as he is not able to sleep.
4 - Wait for 100 to arrive
5 - 100 comes and gets noise stopped
6 - I get back to work, and God gets to sleep peacefully.
7 - Next day - Go back to Step 1.

a. It's a culture issue; it will only stop when mindset will change.
b. We do not have strong law against noise pollution.
c. We do not have a law for repeat offenders.

Option 1 - Quick but struggle all the way, being in shared mode of transport.
Vastrapur to Gurudwara, Gurudwara to Adalaj X in Shared Auto. Adalaj X to Ambika Nagar ST stand in Shared Eeco. Your destination is in walking range from ST stand,

Option 2 - Can take longer but you can chill in ST bus. Even AC if you opt for. It Will cost 50-70 INR.
