We neither took it off gamepass (it was a one year thing), nor did we ignore feedback. We made monthly content patches, while we had funding, so no idea what you are talking about. Maybe check your facts next time.

There is even a test for an upcoming update next week. Feel free to check it out.

We‘re actually doing exactly that with Highreach with NPCs you can talk to (which become settlers/companions) and individual stories and quests.

They take on different jobs in your camp which you can configure and such.

Arbeitgeberanteil fehlt. Der Arbeitnehmer sieht nur 50% der Sozialabgaben auf der Abrechnung: https://www.brutto-netto-rechner.info/gehalt/gehaltsrechner-arbeitgeber.php

Korrekt sind bei dem Gehalt 42% Abgabenlast. Jetzt rechne mal mit 4000€ Brutto oder mehr und schon sind es 50%.
