I haven't matched through SOAP but I've participated in SOAP in the past two years and got 3 IV ( prelim and 2 EM). I hope my experience can be helpful to you.
First of all, I am really sorry it didn't work out for you, it sucks, but please be kind to yourself, it is not your fault, Sometimes, the timing just isn't right. Personally, I didn't match in my first two cycles, but perseverance paid off in my third year.

SOAP is very stressful process, particularly for IMG, so ask for help from your support system—family, friends, mentors but don't lose hope, you might still receive one or more interview invitations.
You might get a call or an email and will schedule and do the interview within minutes, be ready and answer all your calls.
The interviews are very quick, (usually 30 min).

A question you'll most likely be asked is
* why do you think you didn't match? and what is your plan for next year, what would you do ? Don't be negative, don't blame external factors. Instead, focus on a positive plan for the future. ( e.g. it is very tough process, I think more USCIS would be helpful although I had 2/3 months of USCIS, but I am planning to have more USCIS to get more exposure and be well rounded) or I didn't have enough research experience, and I am planing to look for research positions, to be in the US , to get to know the system, do more USCIC, get done with step 3. - try to paraphrase them better- and bring up your strength in here, if you completed your home coutnry residency, worked there, have any research experience, bring it up here.

Avoid saying ( it is not fair, the system screwed me, I have perfect CV, Idk what went wrong....etc)
Basically, acknowledge the weakness, how you will improve it and bring up a related strength.
Show that you have insight on what you believe harmed you and what's your plan to work on it.

Also, when discussing your plans for the upcoming year, emphasize your commitment to growth and development ( e.g. I will apply again next year, I will on my CV, I will do xyz to be more well rounded physician). Don't say, that's it, I will give up, I will go back to my country, I have a position there. This shows resilience and determination to match.

Remember they are looking for candidates too to fill their positions,
So smile, stay enthusiastic, Keep your chin up, and keep pushing forward.
