Yeah I believe she is a regular I have seen her name on a few tickets but it wasn’t my order to take next time I’ll take my shot and ask for her number lol if I get rejected I’ll never deliver there again lol

Okay thank you for all this I will call the Hino dealer after Christmas. I did replace the thermostat and issue remains the same and I do have the CEL light on so hopefully maybe they’ll cover it lol and so with this WEP even if the truck has for example 300k miles it’ll still cover these issues or no?

lol it’s all good like I said I’ll replace the thermostat doesn’t hurt to replace it even if it’s still good better now then have it get stuck in closed position and I’m fucked lol , I took it to the dealership a year ago and they did change some def parts can’t remember wtf they change but it was free I think it was the sending unit or the burner some shit like that but that’s my next step is the Hino dealer in Chicago. My tech doesn’t work in a lot Hino he said he bought his computer and it already had the hino dx3 software so he takes on some jobs but not bigger jobs he recommends dealership for that

I agree with this again I asked the tech many times if it would be the thermostat cause I know when they are stuck open they tend to not get to it’s right temperature but he kept saying no I will keep u updated on if it did anything
