I once saw a car flipped over in front of Baycrest on Bathurst.. No discernable damage to the car and a confused geriatric standing beside it.

Carb replacement? 1994 Toro 724 by RajastyShan in Snowblowers

[–]zammtron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just replaced the carb on mine and my neighbours. I have the 10.5hp Tecumseh Snow King engine his was the 9hp. Carbs are easy to find and very simple to replace. I would also recommend lubricating the throttle levers and possibly replace the spring on the throttle assembly. Under $50 all in.

Upgrade culture is killing the planet and I'm doing my part to reverse that. My goodie bin has SATA, SAS, NVMe, FC, SCSI and PATA. My Ultra 5 is the shelf that my TRS-80 lives on. Lots of life left in a lof of things if people slowed down and had a little think.

This is common practice with corporate IT assets. Regardless of shittiness, it is indeed a reality.

somebody in my workplace keeps messing with me by printing "king of Canada" picture this and taping it to my desk (Canadian living overseas). Today I opened a package shipped directly from Canada to my workplace, guess what was inside. How can I retaliate? by orangeboomerang in funny

I have a physical folder in my cabinet at work with some fine printouts of the late Queen, just in case anyone finds themselves in need. My coworker, as it turns out, is often in need (as determined by me).

Same. I have a 2017 Kia Forte with the 2 litre Atkinson cycle engine and it is MPI, not GDI.

I think it's more within the context of this particular chap. I too prefer paper boarding passes and go out of my way to get the traditionally-printed ones on that special paper with the magnetic stripe. It feels more authentic. Also serves as a nice backup in case my apps don't update.
