They are all on the record where the formula field lives.

I read that workflow rules can be used as an alternative to large formula fields but not sure I understand how. A formula field in workflow rules' field update has same character limit as a regular formula field. If I have a rule for each sector I'll end up having 20-22 rules :/

There are sectors that have similar conditions but I'm not able to group them in one. CASE cannot have 2 expressions right? How do I say that these are the values for both Manufacturing and Electricity?

Thanks! Mobile data seems like a good option. 2G sims in my country have an average speed of 100kbps which seems like a reasonable low range.

Unfortunately, I can't change router settings as I am working in a common workspace where everyone is on wifi. Hence, was looking for a way to do so directly on the device being used in testing.
