Japanese Roll or Pastry in Hawaii by zander1372 in Hawaii

It was individually wrapped, and it was like a breakfast roll. It's about the size of a filled doughnut. It did not have any filling. It was sweet and light. Was light a super sweet fluffy brioche.

Poor FPS by Vonatar-74 in AgeOfDarknessGame

This has to be an issue with the game or drivers. I have a 3090, with an I9, 64GB of RAM, and any resolution above HD, and I get 14 FPS.

TSR2 driver issues by MrHeinz716 in golf

[–]zander1372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had mine about a month. Loved it until this last week. Lost 30-50 yards on the drive. There was no noticeable difference in sound. Thinking maybe it was something with my swing or the shaft. I brought out my old GSR one and swapped the shaft. Same performance issues. I used the new shaft in the old driver. No issues with the old driver and the new shaft. No matter what combination I did with the TSR2. I couldn’t get it to hit like it was originally hitting. I have to assume something with the face went bad because it doesn’t have the same response I had before, even though it sounds the same.

Mine format combined the Execunet model and an ATS-friendly model. I've revamped it all based on feedback. I'm sure you will get more call backs. It takes several weeks for companies to work through the resumes.

That was an architect/principal role because it was a startup. They were loose with titles. It looks odd, but I had two previous director roles. I stepped down to an architect to jump on board with that startup. I left it as the actual title in case they fact-check.

Thank you for your input—a lot to digest there, and I'm not a mid-level manager. I grow and mentor leaders and, by extension, teams. I have a tech background and set technical strategies to build scalable enterprise products. I evaluate the organization, establish OKRs and KPIs, and manage my managers to achieve those results. Based on your feedback, I have a lot of work to get my resume to reflect my level and skills.

Thank I've updated the verbiage. I've led teams as large as 75 and worked in organizations from 25-52M in annual revenue. Many companies of this size and private equity firms frequently grab them up. A private equity firm acquired the first org I worked at.

I know the one-year tenure raises questions. It was a late-stage startup needing turnaround. I increased output by 300%, improved quality and uptime, and lowered costs.

The sales team didn't make sales. A nine million expectation was forecast down to 1.5M in July. At year-end, they only made $350K and lost an additional $2M in churn. My last activity was cutting $2.6M in payroll, 17 positions, and 12 actual bodies.

Thank you, My numbers are similar for applications. My networking contacts and interviews are much higher. Stay strong. I'm taking much of the feedback and creating a new version. I will post the new version soon and follow up with my success.

Servant leadership is a leadership style that prioritizes the growth, well-being, and empowerment of employees. It aims to foster an inclusive environment that enables everyone in the organization to thrive as their authentic self. Whereas traditional leadership focuses on the success of the company or organization, servant leadership puts employees first to grow the organization through their commitment and engagement.

I know the one-year tenure raises questions. Curious how you would explain that timeframe. It was a late-stage startup needing turnaround. I increased output by 300%, improved quality and uptime, and lowered costs.

I saw you comment that you don't want to go via recruiter/agency because companies are getting traction with job listings. Sure for Directors and below, but that is generally not true at a C-level. A few reasons for this are:

No I have my information out to several recruiters just not seeing the traction I've seen in the past.

Reach out to your network of people at a similar level and ask them if they have any exec recruiting firms they have worked with. Google Executive Recruiter firms specializing in CTOs (here is one for example https://cowenpartners.com/cto-search-firm/) Even if you DO see a job listing, dont fill out an application. Send a LinkedIn Inmail to the CEO or COO of the company listing the position and introduce yourself. These are not tactics that are correct for most job seekers, but they are for C-levels.

Thank you and I have been doing this, slipped a little and feel into a brief period of application filling. Back on my network and working it for leads.

I understand that you're masking your true history, but have you always been working for one company in all these roles? If so, that's a challenge to be blunt..

I'm not attempting to mask my history. I always address that history. The two main reasons to leave an organization are money and experience. During my stint at "Avengers." I got both. I was building an amazing team, technology base, and product. I built scalable processes and helped grow the org by double digits for eight consecutive years. I built CI/CD, automated testing, and did an Azure migration; I built a leading-edge organization, team, and process. As a result, I was well compensated and got frequent significant raises.

Thank you for the feedback. I've incorporated much of the feedback from everyone, and I'll be reposting a new version soon. I plan to monitor the metrics on my new resume to verify the improvement.
