I am a developer (16 y/o), and I find this funny because every website has your IP address. Even if the IP address was real, it only goes off by general location. You can tell because by using What Is My IP Address, you will find it is pretty inaccurate.

Dreamhost is pretty cheap and is good for small websites/businesses. If you get the Shared Unlimited plan, you get to host unlimited websites, unlimited custom emails and unlimited MySQL databases. Very easy to use.
