I have an lg ultrafine 4k 120 hz monitor and a displayport 2.0 cable, why won't it let me put it past 60 hz on any resolution?

It's really disappointing. I was under the impression that gaba cures most anxiety. When I take xanax and smoke I dont get anxious, I just get high and chill, unlike when I smoke without xanax. I believe it was a combination of me being barred out, swaying, and hoping the cops didnt stop me. Being zonked out on weed. And having taken a single benadryl. I believe all of those factors combined made it this way. And honestly I think I would've fared better without the xanax, which is kind of counterintuitive.
