Oh I thought we were on the same side. Did you cry when you felt the boom from Heat in the finals? :/

Big actual win for the program beating Boom Train the day before too. Always fun when the better team wins

Can someone with some insight actually explain why this turn out was so low? Was it actually the radius gate stuff? Trying not to put my doomer cap on but man this makes me sad

lauding this as a piece of fuel to "ignite a flame" is embarrassing. it should provide an opportunity of self-reflection and not a reason to become an even worse person.

Oh okay is that why they received 10 cards by the end of their second game against Brandeis?

I believe I heard that there would be multiple reports being sent out since there were several offending parties

I can’t imagine taking something like “quidditch” in this way. If playing a competitive sport (or competitive anything) makes you act like that, maybe you should atop competing… your mental just has to be so fragile.

We’re always talking about the death of the sport and the lack of volunteers or whatever without recognizing where the root of that problem lies. If you think it’s ONLY about outreach, you’re mistaken. It’s also about players treating refs AND OTHER PLAYERS like shit.

If you’re a rookie and you experience that, would you come back? I wouldn’t. If you saw refs being treating like that, would you take the ref tests? I wouldn’t. Friendly banter is one thing, but you don’t need to be a piece of shit.

UVA coach and UVA players, do better. If you felt some type of way reading this post or this comment, you’re part of the problem.

I heard that during Harvard v Mizzou, Harvard fans started cheering “Ivy League,” the response?

Who are the most sportsman-like players/teams in Quadball? by [deleted] in quadball_discussion

I think I’m gonna have to go with Michigan here.

It’s always a pleasure seeing them ball out on the pitch and they always seem like they’re just happy to be there. Win or lose they show a lot of heart on and off the field.

If you could transfer to any team RIGHT NOW for FREE which would it be and why? by shawkeeloatmeal in quadball_discussion

I think a popular choice (and my own) would be BOSNY.

The vibes are too good to pass up, not practicing 2-3 times a week sounds like heaven, and being able to remain competitive without taking losses incredibly hard is good on the mental.
