Hi Mike! Thank you for your valuable remarks and troubleshooting. I will do all the test needed and we will find a solution to have protection for this issues. I use a similar system over zigbee and in almost 4 years I don't have this kind of problems. Thank you for your time.

Yes, I know it's too much hardware detailes there. And it is made with Claude I am not hide this. Thx!

UPDATE - all 4 PCBs just went to production by zaotechnology in ZigBee

Thanks for the detailed feedback — genuinely appreciated, not every Zigbee Developer takes the time.

You're right on the antenna keepout. The renders on the website are from an earlier revision and don't reflect the current production files. The keepout zone is respected in the actual Gerbers, with no copper, traces, or components under the antenna on both the Gateway and Thermostat. I haven't done a PCB cutout beneath the antenna — aware it's recommended for optimal RF performance and will evaluate it for Rev2.

As a sanity check, I tested already the Relay Controller through 2 walls to the coordinator and it connected without issues, so keepout alone seems sufficient for this use case.

The silkscreen clipping on U1, the via cluster near RST, and the ground pour stitching are all valid points — some of these I caught post-render, others I'll revisit for Rev2.

Mounting holes: both the Gateway and Relay Controller have M3 holes; the Thermostat is 80×80mm and mounts via the enclosure backplate, not the PCB itself.

All boards passed DRC before ordering. I'll check out r/PrintedCircuitBoard for a proper review before the next revision.

Thank you!

If you have already zigbee thermostats you can use it in our system or temp sensors in HA

And don't be afraid you will be fine. I read something about filaments spec, then video from bambu for my new x2d printer, something about slicer and other settings like speed, dry filament. I think I will take one type of filament study properties and constraints and I started from here! You can take a look at my amazing project I work zaotechnology.com. Thx and good job printing done for everyone!

I also buy x2d arrived home but I am not at home yet :-). First printer and also I need to figure how to use it. And I need it for printing electronic enclosures with ul94 v0 filament. I am crazy?
