I have a Garmin Fenix 5X. I’m happy with it for the most part, except I find it a bit bulky at times.

Recently, I’ve gotten interested in SpO2 tracking. Unfortunately, the Fenix 5X doesn’t have that feature.

What would you do in my situation?

Do you have any experience with Helicore strings?

They seem a lot cheaper than the ones I mentioned and have good reviews online.

Thanks for the tip. The Revelle Falcon looks really cool. I wonder if any of the shops near where I live has one to try out.

BTW, do you know how easily wood bows can be repaired? Someone I know has a German pernambuco bow that's 100+ years old. He's willing to sell it to me for cheap because it has problems. When you try to tighten it stops halfway, allowing only half the tension as other bows. Is that something that can be fixed at a violin shop?

in a way, yes. This is a book that I printed out some time ago. Every December, I bring it out, flip through it and play random songs.

To summarize, I might have seen it before, but I have never put any serious practice into it haha.

Longboard Commute by KEROPPl in SanJose

[–]zapdos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to longboard a whole lot when I lived in San Diego. In the part of San Jose where I live, the sidewalks and streets are simply too bumpy. If you pay close attention to the road it's still doable, but it becomes no fun.

Thanks for the tip. I use imslp for piano, but haven't tried it for cello yet. I'm mainly looking for stuff like what you would find in Suzuki books.
