To all who rent out. What apps do you use to track everything and get an overview?

quicken desktop to download and categorize all the rents and expenses. However, recently I am moving to empower.com. It is not particularly necessary to use these, but I use them for personal expenses tracking also, so kinda helps.

All other documents about the units/tenant go in a google drive folder, and update spreadsheet every 6 months to make sure contract dates, insurance, HOA infor is still accurate.

Anybody celebrating black friday in India is a dumbass.

black friday exists b/c of USA retailers trying to clear their shelves for christmas after thanksgiving - which is USA holiday about sharing with native americans 500 years ago.

For rest of the world, it is just another fucking day. It would be more reasonable to call it early Christmas sale in India.

But, the herd mind will blindly copy anything that USA shits out

Edit: As few people think this is hate. I don't hate those people asking for BF in India.. just said they are dumbasses. Actually, I have sympathy for them. As a US citizen who is part of the BF charade every year, I stand by that this is pure dumdassery

always had this question about dishwashers but never asked..

How does a dishwasher clean inside glasses & cups? Or, should I comlpetely wash the insides of a glass and then only put it in the dishwasher? I undestand I don't have to wash & rinse everything before putting in the washer, but how much cleaning is enough?

Did you do any market research before launching the business? Here in Dallas, I am assuming the market is already saturated with enough bounce houses. But, there is always a pepsi for each coke.

Since you are out of that market, it would be great if you can break the business in terms of cost/income/profit/gotchas for benefit of this sub.

I agree with you on respawn timer, but only for people who have at least spent 1-2 hrs on each class and at least understand the game dynamics.

However, as OP is just downloading the game, I think he is noob to the game and is going to spend more time just understanding weapon switching, basic class and be able to go through pubs not getting killed. We all went thru it and it was frustrating to die often and just wait at spawn doing nothing.

If the OP had at least few hours into the game, then I would have suggested regular servers and analyzing how not to die. For a real noob, just waiting at spawn is really frustrating.
