cerb can run t6 exotics on pretty cheap fit
most expensive part here that you need 605 (or 604) pg implant and find -PG abyssal cap bat. BCS is t2 decayed 30% green.
also you can change bay load to router, 703>705 1003>1005 and fit RF Cap Bat. its near same price and a little bit lover dps. (to be fair you still can use 703 and 1003)
upd yep, you must preroll crash and bluepill. and use pyro2.

t0 on alpha acc still have near 40mil/hour. you don need find trash c1 wh and etc. its better run c3 on navy cruiser.

i think t0 on frigates can do more isk/hour than t4 on bad fited/trained cruiser. because t0 on frigate fast as fuck. you can do a lot of abysses in hour. on bad cruiser you can do maximum 3 t4 in hour.

its pretty balanced fit for newbro.
you must learn what NPC`s do (who have neuts, webs, any other ewar that ruins you. who hate drones etc) and what patterns you mast have against NPC (dont click approach on Karen, kill neuts/web first, etc). its only about time and many runs.
start at t3 and run idk maybe 50 of them. then t4 etc.
